Planning Process
No client or trip is the same. As an independent affiliate of Brownell, Murphy Travel Designs uses the “Discover More” process to manage every aspect from start to finish.
1. Discover
We love learning about you! We kickoff the process by scheduling a complimentary discovery call. Together, we uncover your vision for the perfect trip. We’ll talk about your expectations, likes/dislikes, wish list, travel history and budget. We will also discuss how we will work together moving forward and define next steps.
2. Design
Samantha designs an itinerary that reflects your personality and preferred travel style. We use our expertise and connections to craft an inspired, smart solution for a seamless travel plan. We collaborate with you to ensure that the itinerary meets – and exceeds – your vision for the perfect trip.
3. Connect
Let’s make it official! When your itinerary is complete and approved, we book and finalize all the details. Even when the reservations are done, we provide concierge level service to ensure your trip goes as planned – and to provide fun surprises along the way.
4. Experience
Enjoy your amazing trip! Behind the scenes Samantha will prep our partners for your arrival and ensure all is running smoothly. When possible, we will put you in touch with a local contact who can assist with any itinerary changes, questions or emergencies. Rest assured you can always reach us – and don’t forget to send us pictures!
